2023 MUNICIPAL ELECTION BALLOT LOTTERY

Have you ever wondered how the order in which candidates are shown on the election day ballot is determined? Well, it all starts with the filing process. Candidates are required to submit a certain number of signatures in order to run in an election. Candidates are given a week to file their supporting documentation. However, candidates that arrive at 8 AM on the start of the filing week are entered into a lottery to determine position on the ballot.

Jodi drew the fourth position on the 2023 ballot. Vote for Jodi Trendler #4 on the 4th!!
